If I have a million dollars....

If I have a million dollars,

i would spend half of it on a house. i won't ask for a bungalow or a mansion. a flat would do fine. and then i'll spend about $100 000 out of the $500 000 to renovate and furnish my flat. i don't mind spending that much on my house because i'll be spending like at least 30% of my life there. for my room, i want an LCD screen tv, complete with a sound system, dvd player, xbox or ps3. i'll paint my walls solid blue! i want the biggest bed with lots of pillow and thick comforters! very hard to describe here, but i know what i want. k, enough for the house part.

then, i think i'll get a car. not sure what car though.

i would still have about $400 000 plus left then. maybe i'll at least TRY to save/invest $200 000 and spend the rest on daily necessities, shopping sprees. that would last me for a few months i guess. and oh, perhaps a holiday? at bintan? to take a break from the hectic life here.

as you can see, my main priority is my home. and my wants are quite simple.

YES, I'M DONE DREAMING.

good morning!
